Shipping policy

Please allow 6-12 working days for your package to arrive.
A tracking number will be sent to your email few days after your order is dispatched.
In case of order damage due to shipping, please send us a 2-3 photos showing the damage together with your order number for so that we can process a new order for you.
Please know after the order is dispatched from our stores and given to the shipping carrier, we do not have control to it anymore. It's for the client to follow up their order. However if there's something wrong we can help and try to contact the carrier to figure out the status of your order.
