Refund policy

You can be eligible for a refund if:

• You request within 24 hours. If you place an order by mistake or for some other reasons, you can get a refund before 24 hours. After that your order proceeds to production and shipment and we can not give a refund anymore after that.
• It takes more than 20 working days and you have not received your tracking number of yet. If your order seems to be taking long and there has not been an announcement about it and we have not contacted you to let you know the reason why, you are eligible for a refund. You also can contact us so we can inspect and see what's wrong to make sure you receive your order. 

In a very rare scenario that order gets damaged during shipment, we can offer a replacement with free of charge. You will have to send us about 3 photos that shows the damage and your order number. No refund will be given.
